Property ‘Oscars’ shortlist announced

The shortlist for awards recognising the region’s top property projects have been announced.

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors(RICS) received a record number of entries for this year’s awards in the North East.

With 79 projects, the region attracted more than any other RICS region in the world.

After initial judging, this has been narrowed down to a final shortlist of 56 across eight categories, with projects spanning the region, from Northumberland and Tyneside to Wearside, County Durham, and Teesside.
