Recruitment entrepreneurs team up for success

Nicky Archibald, Mark Ions, and Caroline Theobald

Two of the region's recruitment entrepreneurs have networking organisation The Bridge Club to thank for a partnership that is set to expand both their businesses. The move was inspired by a chance meeting at a Bridge Club event and comes in response to employers taking a more cautious approach to recruitment.

Mark Ions, managing director of Exclusive Human Resources and Nicky Archibald, co-founder and director of Archibald & Dutch, were introduced by the club's managing director Caroline Theobald at a networking event and immediately spotted the potential for a partnership that would benefit the clients of both companies.
